We’re so grateful for your support and hope you LOVE your purchase as much as we loved creating it! Since our products are made with pure, natural ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Please read product descriptions carefully, as we cannot accept returns based on scent preferences—every blend is crafted with love, but we know scent is personal.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We want you to enjoy every drop of your NEENO BODY BUTTER! If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number, to DeneenO@NeenoBodyButter.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll lovingly arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellations

We know sometimes things change! You may cancel your order before it is prepped and packed for shipping by emailing DeneenO@NeenoBodyButter.com with your full name and order number. We’ll confirm the status and do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Address Issues

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may purchase a new shipping label, and we’ll be happy to resend your package.

If the package is not returned to us due to an incorrect address, unfortunately, we cannot replace the order—but we’re always here to help in any way we can!
