Every drop of NEENO BODY BUTTER is packed with nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants, locking in moisture for healthy skin and hair. Our process locks in every nutrient, delivering a luxuriously smooth, velvety texture that melts effortlessly into your skin
Melting & Storage
- Natural butters can melt during travel, especially in hot climates (e.g., FL, TX, AZ, CA, GA, NC).
- If melted, refrigerate for 30 minutes upon arrival to restore its solid form.
- Our premium acrylic jars with a no leak disc helps to prevent leaks, ensuring quality despite consistency changes.
Graininess & How to Fix It
- In rare cases, melting & remelting can cause a grainy texture due to natural oil crystallization.
- To smooth:
- Gently heat in a microwave-safe bowl for 10-15 seconds at a time until fully melted.
- Pour back into the container, refrigerate immediately, and allow to solidify.
- This does not affect the product’s quality or benefits.
Important Notes
- We sincerely apologize we cannot replace orders due to melting or graininess, as it may recur.
- We insulate and freeze products before shipping to extremely hot regions.
- If you live in a hot climate and prefer to avoid melting, try our liquid body and facial oils instead.
- Keep water out! Our butters have a 12-15 month shelf life because they contain no water or preservatives— water without added preservatives can introduce bacteria.
